Our arborist crew, Finn and Sam, were absolutely great to deal with. They were that wonderful combination of friendly, but professional, perfect for working with homeowners. They far exceeded our expectations in terms of pruning our trees, both now look much better than we imagined they would. Finn and Sam also came at exactly the time we were told they would. Nathan, our Arborist Representative, was excellent every step of the way. I particularly appreciated his assessment of the work our trees needed, and the complete absence of any attempt at up selling Bartlett services.

I do not know that you could have done anything to make my experience better since I was completely satisfied. I called you to have an on site assessment and quote. You arrived at the agreed upon time. Your quote was more than reasonable so I agreed to your proposal. Your crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and performed their tasks professionally and with great efficiency. The crew worked efficiently, there was no standing around, when the climber needed men on the ground, the pruning fellows came over, did what was needed, and went back to their work. The pruning was excellent, considering the poor condition of the fruit trees. At several trees, the climbers could use neither spurs nor ladders, and hoisted themselves up, and did the work safely. At no time was there any concern about the safety of their work habits. They have a very good instinct for pruning and there is no looking and head-scratching and it got done quickly. They are extremely pleasant young men with no bravado or showing off. I hope Bartlett appreciate what you have got.
