My experience from the inspection to payment has been top notch. Everyone I worked with was pleasant and professional. Any questions I had, were immediately addressed. Any concerns I had, was also alleviated after a quick conversation with anyone from the Bartlett team. I have been completing a lot of renovations for my new home and this by far was the best vendor I have worked with. You can tell that everyone is happy and loves their work. It shows when they are customer facing.

Bartlett has been my tree service Company for over twenty years now because they do tree service right every time. This experience was perfect in every way. I believe Matt Carpenter takes as much pride in my property as I do. With an acre and a half of forest area sprinkled with landscape, there is always something to maintain, fertilize, or cut. His yearly visit assures a healthy outlook overall. This job took two days and two different crews, each individual working together with cheerful attitudes, focused on their responsibilities in a timely manner. From first cut to last cleanup was a pleasure.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the crew you sent to remove the tree from my backyard and to clean up the suckers on the Cherry trees. It was "poetry in motion" watching them take down the tree without getting up in it. They made it look so easy that I think I could do but I know I can not. Their crews are always knowledgeable and courteous. Bartlett may not always be the cheapest, but their prices are fair. The quality of their work makes any price premium if indeed there is a premium worth it. I respect that they would rather save a tree if possible. Raul Mederos and other staff are responsive and make sure the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. We also watched them take down our neighbor's large White Oak. We were amazed at the amount of work and coordination required.
