Bartlett's Woodlands Area Tree Service

Brian Blades was our Arborist Representative and we were very pleased with his knowledge of our trees and plants and what their specific treatments would be to help keep them healthy. He was courteous and took time to answer any questions that we had for him. He set up our appointment and again promptly answered a question that we had per email. We were also very pleased with the young man who did our treatments to our plants and trees. I cannot remember his name, but he was courteous and did the job neatly and efficiently for us one afternoon. I would give both these staff members an A+ for how they represented Bartlett and for customer service. We were very pleased with our service and your team members. Excellent service representatives, and superior care of our trees and plants from them.

I got a referral to Bartlett from a neighbor when I needed my Willow tree trimmed. Arborist clearly knew his subject well and was environmentally aware. Felt very comfortable with his advice. The crew was extremely safety conscious. Helmets. Eye and ear protection worn at all time. Handlers remained a safe distance away from the persons aloft and with saws. Good communications between crew members.
