Not only is Ted’s kindness apparent in each interaction, but I appreciate the care and detail that he put into evaluating our trees and explaining everything at every step. I was not familiar with Bartlett’s reputation and history when originally receiving quotes, so it was Ted’s thoughtfulness and friendliness that immediately indicated to me that our business would be going to, and staying at, Bartlett. Ted, Sara, and the entire Bartlett staff that we worked with were true professionals. Any questions we had were quickly and completely answered. We feel they gave our very large Ash tree a best chance of surviving the Emerald Ash Borer infestation. We do agree with Ted that it was unfortunate that we had not contacted him about three years ago, but until he explained the issue, we did not know why some of the lower limbs were dying.
