Everything was great. Very professional, courteous, and did a phenomenal job of clean up. Very impressed with the care the team took to take care of the area around where tree was taken down, absolutely no ruts or issues from the large equipment in the yard. Will definitely use in future. Julie answered the phone when I called, which honestly is a minor miracle. Very few businesses answer the phone at this point. Notice I know her name? That is because she said her name when she answered the phone, which is a sign of professionalism. Julie was very helpful, and delightful too. Rob showed up on time, as scheduled. He was very informative about the state of the trees in our yard, pointed out the collection of Buckthorn ugh but useful to know, and gave us various options with the areas we pointed out to him. Overall, Rob provided excellent service, and answered all of our questions with patience. He never once told us what we should do, but rather discussed options. Rob is a true professional, and a very pleasant individual too. Like Julie, Courtney and two others showed up to do the first round of our tree services. She rang the bell, introduced herself and used her name, asked whether we wanted wood chips and when I said yes asked where to place them on our driveway. We had asked Rob about the wood chips, and he had obviously put that into his write up. She also asked whether she and her crew could move their equipment onto our driveway. Again, completely professional, very pleasant, and they did excellent work. The trees they trimmed look happy now and we have a beautiful pile of wood chips that we are placing around our yard, thus making our overall yard look even better. I called two other tree companies. We waited a month to call after that storm in April took out so many branches and trees because our issues were not emergencies. One company had an outgoing message asking people to call back in a month, and the other told us to go to their website in their outgoing message. I set up an appointment online as requested, got three confirmation reminders, and they never showed up. That is the state of your competition. You truly should be driving them out of business as customers just want you to show up and do what is agreed. This is not complicated, and yet until I called Bartlett and spoke with Julie, it seemed like we might not find anyone to complete our tree work. Thank you for your professionalism and transparency in pricing with all options itemized. You guys rock.

The Bartlett team did an excellent job. From the arborist who first discussed our project with us and made recommendations, to the three men who removed trees and pruned others, the work was of high quality and done with care. They arrived at our home on time, and after conferring with me, went straight to work. Once the job was finished, the team spent a good amount of time removing the debris and making sure our yard looked the same as when they arrived. And one of the best parts of the day was this: One of the men was done with his portion of the project early, and rather than just waiting for the others to finish, he spent his time cutting all of the 6' logs into fireplace-sized pieces for us and then neatly stacked it all. Now that's what I call going above and beyond!
