Josh Darkow is very helpful and is good at explaining things about the trees in my yard. I appreciate his expertise. The crew he sent over to trim the American Holly and cut down a large shrub were very careful and skillful. Bartlett has very good employees.

My Arborist Representative, Kurt Mohr, gave me a clear outline of the planned treatment with approximate dates when the work would be done. The arborist was very knowledgeable and provided me with valuable information in deciding the work to be done on our Mulberry tree. His recommendations addressed the issues I had about the tree while making sure its structure was not compromised. He examined all the trees on our parcel noting their condition and qualities for me to monitor in order to catch any problems before they became critical. I was very pleased with and grateful for his input. The crew leader was very friendly and explained exactly what work the crew would be doing on the tree. His crew worked efficiently and left the grounds totally cleaned after their work. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work.
