Mike Sanborn and all members of the crew listened well to what I wanted. The crew members communicated with each other really well and they worked hard during their time at my home. They were friendly and did excellent work. Mike Sanborn was sensitive and effective in communicating with my neighbor regarding her Willows which required substantial pruning from my property. Your Arborist Representative, Michael Sanborn did an excellent job listening to our concerns and objectives and writing up the work order accordingly. Your work crew of Tim, Josh and Ethan showed up on time and went over the work order with us in detail, verifying that the work order was correct to our wants. During the job they were very respectful of our property and when a question came up would ask us for input. At the completion of the job, they reviewed the work completed with us to ascertain that we were happy and satisfied with their work. They did an excellent job also cleaning up the job. Everyone was just wonderful. The initial visit was very informative about our trees and shrubs and what needed to be done. The employee that did the actual pruning did a wonderful job. Our trees and shrubs look 100% better. We plan to have you revisit us in about two years to continue the prune job on our crabapple. Both the representative and administrative staff followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Couldn't be happier.
