Robert Case, Arborist was wonderful. A much better experience than with previous companies. Robert's knowledge of and caring about the health of the plants on our property was impressive, No trying to sell pruning or applications that were unnecessary. He was there to find out what we wanted or needed and provided asked for advice. The crew who came out to do the work were great communicators and clearly experts at what they were there to do. They checked in to verify at the beginning and throughout the process, to confirm their work was what we wanted. Billing staff was also excellent, checking that the work done was satisfactory and to determine our desired invoicing method. It is amazing to find, after going through a pandemic where so many individuals and services are struggling with communication and follow through, that here is a company that is able to achieve such a high standard of quality in all areas. I am impressed. Thanks to all for the great work. Thank you, too for not selling our information.
