Robert Case, Arborist was wonderful. A much better experience than with previous companies. Robert's knowledge of and caring about the health of the plants on our property was impressive, No trying to sell pruning or applications that were unnecessary. He was there to find out what we wanted or needed and provided asked for advice. The crew who came out to do the work were great communicators and clearly experts at what they were there to do. They checked in to verify at the beginning and throughout the process, to confirm their work was what we wanted. Billing staff was also excellent, checking that the work done was satisfactory and to determine our desired invoicing method. It is amazing to find, after going through a pandemic where so many individuals and services are struggling with communication and follow through, that here is a company that is able to achieve such a high standard of quality in all areas. On 10/13/2020, our region had a windstorm. The neighboring property to mine is under development and the developers had cleared a large area of significant tress, leaving a stand of six Spruce at the southern edge, next to my property. Deprived of their accustomed wind break, these trees came down. Three in my yard, one crunching my Fig trees and deck railing, one on my roof the top snapped off on impact and fell over to the front side of my house, and one tangling in a large Cedar on my property. All seven trees - the six downed Spruce and my Cedar needed to be removed. Bartlett brought in appropriate equipment, including a bucket, a crane, and a small halftrack and with that, and quite a lot of man power, removed the trees and debris in about two days of work time. I checked for stray cones and twigs, after, and found about half a dozen hiding in my grass. Out of the hundreds and hundreds of pounds of trunks, branches, twigs, cones, and everything, that was all that was missed. I am so grateful to the hardworking staff at Bartlett who got me through an overwhelming experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was really impressed. They felled five dead trees and pruned two other trees above the hose. They showed up right away, discussed the job, were flexible with timing, and really were willing to work with us to ensure we got what was needed. They even chipped some trimmings from another tree we had laying around. They did miss one tree to fell, but returned and finished the job without issue. From my observation, they were cautious with ensuring the trees were pruned or cut safely and were careful working around the house. They seemed to want to do a good job over finishing early. Definitely would recommend for others.
