Bartlett Tree Experts San Jose Office

All the work done was as we had discussed. The work areas were left so clean you would not know that anyone had even been there. We have had Bartlett out a number of times in the past. Sean Davis, our arborist representative, had remembered his previous visits and we discussed what had been done previously and what I needed to do. His crew arrived at the scheduled time, and I went over everything with the crew lead. I could not be more pleased with the work and the four trees look beautifully pruned and ready for the next big storm. The trees on my property are very large, some 40 to 60 feet tall, and it is important to me that they withstand our winter storms but also provide a wind break and shade in the spring and summer. I also want these plants to show off their beauty. The staff at Bartlett understand this and I would wholly recommend Bartlett to anyone who has similar goals.

The Bartlett crew has just left. Both my wife and I are quite pleased with their work. The entire crew spoke excellent English and were very pleasant and personable to work with. The crew was very skilled and knowledgeable and did a good job. They also listened to our every concern and explained what they could do to our satisfaction. Frank, the Bartlett rep, who set up the work order was great. He was obviously very knowledgeable about trees and his personality superior. I appreciated his handling of the scheduling and his diplomatic skills worked magic with our contentious neighbor. Pricing was fair, no complaints there. In fact, considering the quality of the whole experience it was a little more than fair. Again, great experience and I look forward to working with Bartlett again, as needed, in the future. Do not let these employees leave Bartlett.

I felt lucky to get scheduled so quickly after the appraisal. I think the concerns Sean raised about my Redwood during the appraisal demonstrated thoughtfulness that did not come out in two appraisals from different companies I had earlier. He explained problems to look out for and explained the potential remedies and his recommendations very clearly. I appreciated the professionalism of having an up front copy of the company's professional liability insurance. Sean presented a proposal that seemed to use perhaps more equipment than competitors, the bucket, but with a quote that came in on the low range of all the quotes I got. The crew seemed courteous, professional, and competent.
