What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Not a thing. The crew was friendly, communicated well with me and with each other, and cleaned up daily. I love these men. Eli is very responsive and always reachable. Sasha is the ultimate professional, modeling processes to be followed, respect, safety, hard work, and communication. Austin and West followed his lead, always thinking of safety, working hard, and efficiently. A great team. I highly recommend Bartlett.

I am extremely satisfied with the work. When I came home after the job, I was happy to see the problematic branches truly cut back to the trunk. I am also very happy to see all the branches near the house trimmed away. I felt really satisfied when I saw you did one extra thing that was not on the contract, grinding a pile of branches. That was a source of worry for me, as I just got the bird feeder and thought the burning of all that wood would kill the little guys. Anyway I appreciate you folks doing that extra work. It is that extra stuff that gives a business extra credentials and a good reputation. Thanks again, you did an amazing job through the whole process, I would not use anyone else.
