All of the staff were excellent. Mike, the arborist, who did the initial consultation, was great and the men on the team also were. We appreciated that Mike came by twice during the day to check on the work and that the crew consulted with us a couple of times about which options we preferred for specific trimmings they were doing.

Paul was my Bartlett Arborist and he was awesome. I was not able to be home when he came by my property to look at the trees and shrubs to be trimmed but he called me as he walked around and answered the many questions I had about different wild trees and shrubs growing. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to offer advice whether it was a tree or plant that I was having quoted for the job or not. I was not home when the work was done either but am extremely happy with the job the crew did. There had to be a lot of debris from the trimming but there was no evidence of any when I arrived home. I would highly recommend Bartlett. I have to acknowledge the administrative team too as I left a message with them for Paul to call me when he arrived at my property and the message was passed on. It does not sound like a big deal but not every company would make sure to get a message to the right person. Good teamwork and communication. The crew arrived when I was told they would too. Was not home but my neighbors were.

Extremely professional staff at all levels. I was thoroughly impressed with communication, knowledge, and follow through. The arborist was a delight to work with and really knew how to advise me on my trees. She also sent a leaf sample to the lab of another diseased tree on the property. The three person crew worked for six solid hours in pouring rain and did a fantastic job trimming and cutting. My thanks to all for an excellent job. Very rarely am I this happy with a completed project. The woman in the office followed through on my insurance questions and had paperwork sent to my home. Very accommodating.
