Charlie and the entire crew were class acts. Charlie did a great job educating me while walking my entire property to ensure I did not have any risks to my home and provided information on how to best care for my trees. The crew did a great job working around some major obstacles a pool, cabana, and fence while taking three trees down and cutting branches hanging over them. The communication and safety precautions taken by the crew are clearly a priority and very much appreciated. Bartlett may be a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for and was worth every penny. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Thanks again.

I was very pleased with the most recent service visit on June 9, 2021. The technician who arrived to provide treatment rang the door bell, introduced himself, and confirmed the services being performed. I offered for him to drive his truck to the back of the house and park in the driveway which he said he wanted to ask permission first. This is the first time anyone ever notified me when actually on site, even pre Covid and I think this is the ideal interaction.

Everett and his team member were knowledgeable about their work, diligent, and friendly. I was glad to see them using protective gear, as other companies have not used safety measures. He made recommendations about our larger trees and shrubs we directly asked about, as well as others that he suggested we have checked.
