Ryan was personable and professional from the moment we met. He listened to my story and concerns without interrupting. He took initiative to investigate and diagnose our tree issues even though another arborist had done that for us. Turns out, our original arborist missed the Scale on my Cypress Trees. I am so glad Ryan found it. His solutions and recommendations made sense, and I felt relieved to know there was a reasonable path forward to save our trees. Katie was also a pleasure to work with. She came the very next day to spray for the Scale and to do the tree fertilizer treatment. We did not have much opportunity to talk, although I thought she was very skilled, competent, and efficient at her tasks. Very personable as well. We are looking forward to our continue service with both of them.

Conor and Ted were very courteous and careful doing the trimming of two Maple trees. While we enjoy trimming ourselves, these trees had gotten too tall to work on comfortably. The Paperbark Maple was too tall for us to trim safely. We could have continued to trim the front Maple tree but it would have taken us days to accomplish what Conor and Ted could do in four hours.
