I highly recommend this business. James came out quickly and gave us expert advice about our fruit trees. One of our Pear trees was clearly diseased and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He explained things slowly and effectively and was super responsive to all questions. We have about twelve fruit trees in our backyard and he walked around and examined each one, giving advice and support. We can not wait to use his service again and will be scheduling yearly appointments for his team to help us with pest control. If you have trees that need help, do not wait, this is a great business.

Bartlett was the last of the four companies we had out for an estimate and James Riddle was who came out from your company. We wanted an estimate for pruning our nine Queen Palms and having another removed. After meeting with the other companies my husband had made a comment to me about buying a laser pointer so that I could use it next time to point at which fronds I wanted removed and trimmed. If they had one to use, It would have taken less time out in the sun with them. Not only was James pleasant and informative, he knew how we wanted the fronds trimmed and which ones removed because the first thing he did was pull out his laser pointer. Most importantly, I wanted a lift used to trim the fronds instead of using spikes to climb the palms. The crew members Ryan and Alberto were very cordial and communicated with us to insure that the job was being done as we wished. I requested that James come out to oversee the job and he did at the beginning as he said he would. We are absolutely pleased with the job and highly recommend them.
