Everybody I interacted with at Bartlett was terrific, from the scheduler to Cole, the tree expert, to the men who did the tree removal, all friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Excellent experience beginning to end. We have had a lot of tree work done in the thirty five years that we have lived in the house, and now would not think of calling anybody except Bartlett.

Cole is awesome. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He even went above and beyond to cut a hanging branch off our Lemon tree when he was here for an estimate. We have been using Bartlett for years and were sad when Dan retired but Cole is a great replacement.

Crew members did a terrific job. The major tree that was trimmed would not even appear trimmed to the casual looker, but half the branches were thinned. They left the property spotless. Ryan was also very courteous and helpful in setting up the job and overseeing it.
