Working with Bartlett was one of the most seamless and stress free processes. Michael and his team were thorough, professional, personable, and incredibly communicative from the time I initially reached out for a quote until the job was completed. I got multiple quotes for tree trimming and Michael was clearly the only one who had the expertise and the care to create a plan of removal that fit both my budget, schedule, and what was best for the tree, taking care to ensure that we did not trim to many branches that could cause the trees to become unstable or die completely, since they overhang my roof substantially. Definitely do not want a dead tree collapsing onto the house. The other places I contacted did not seem to really care about that or were just unaware of that potential, which was a red flag to me. The team that came out to do the work was prompt, made sure to check in with me during the day, and show me the work once it was completed. Michael took care to make sure what I needed done was done quickly and painlessly, plus the online payment makes it super easy to get the invoice squared away. Couldn't have asked for a better experience these guys are great!
