Arborist, Chris Regan, was wonderful to deal with in initially discussing the job and had all the right priorities as far as safety and best tree practices. The crew that came out and did the job Austen, Luis, and Alex were the best crew that we have ever had in the decades that we have used Bartlett for periodic end-weight reduction of our three large Oaks. They were very talented, safe tree climbers, extremely communicative, and pleasant to deal with.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing. It was done with complete care for the surrounding lines and wires that surrounded the tree and completed promptly. The guy that actually trimmed the tree is highly talented at what he does. There were many wires and lines to contend with running through the tree branches, and he knew exactly where and how to tie off certain branches and then cut so that none of the falling branches would not take out a line. He worked well with his ground crew guy. Great job guys. Keep the experienced guys you have, they are good. They are pros and know what they are doing.

Working with Bartlett was one of the most seamless and stress free processes. Michael and his team were thorough, professional, personable, and incredibly communicative from the time I initially reached out for a quote until the job was completed. I got multiple quotes for tree trimming and Michael was clearly the only one who had the expertise and the care to create a plan of removal that fit both my budget, schedule, and what was best for the tree, taking care to ensure that we did not trim to many branches that could cause the trees to become unstable or die completely, since they overhang my roof substantially. Definitely do not want a dead tree collapsing onto the house. The other places I contacted did not seem to really care about that or were just unaware of that potential, which was a red flag to me. The team that came out to do the work was prompt, made sure to check in with me during the day, and show me the work once it was completed.
Michael took care to make sure what I needed done was done quickly and painlessly, plus the online payment makes it super easy to get the invoice squared away.
