Jeff Hoover

Jeff Hoover is an absolutely excellent arborist. He has been our arborist for about ten years. Jeff is proactive in stopping by throughout the year to inspect for seasonal pests and other diseases. When he is here to discuss annual pruning needs, he is thorough in inspecting the trees and bushes and explaining what the pruning plan should be. Importantly, with the notes he makes during our conversation, the crew does exactly what was planned. Also helpful in diagnosing tree diseases and recommending treatment plan. Also handles emergencies. Came out the same day when the guys installing a retaining wall made big cuts through the root flares of a huge Maple tree. Jeff looked at the badly damaged root flares and scheduled a treatment for later that week. In sum, we are very appreciative of the excellent work Jeff does taking care of our trees and bushes. And if our trees could talk, they would also express their appreciation.
