Michael has been great, he arrived shortly after the crew, provided clear instructions, and ensured that I understood what and how everything would work that day. The crew was conscientious and focused. They put plywood over my bay windows to avoid any damage and placed safety cones everywhere to alert people. They were also acutely sensitive to anyone approaching the house, shutting off chainsaws and stopping the cherry-picker. They could not have been more courteous when speaking with me and they were very thorough in removing debris. I have had Bartlett perform major tree work three times in the last year or so and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work. These are people who genuinely love trees and it shows.
