Rob, In case you did not see this, I added this to the survey that I did last month. Ben Hartranft has been both our arborist representative for about ten years. He has always done a fantastic job identifying, treating, and pruning all of our many issues over the years. I think that Ben has been responsible for saving many of our plants and trees. Rob Palochak has been our arborist representative for the last two years. He periodically emails plant and tree educational information during the year which we certainly appreciate. Rob also is very good about periodic visits to review our landscaping. On a scale of 1 to 5 star rating I would give both Ben and Rob 6 stars.

I wanted to reach out to you to tell you how pleased we were with the performance and professionalism shown by the crew who removed our Pin Oak tree from our backyard. This ended up being a two-day process. Day one necessitated using a cherry picker and the care that the crew showed our lawn was awesome. Day two they quickly and efficiently removed all the branches from the yard. Every leaf, twig, and piece of other debris was removed from our yard. Then the trunk came down and their clean up removed even sawdust. I could not believe the excellent job the crew did on clean up. You could not even tell that anything was done in the yard. It was the most professional job I have witnessed in a long time. That crew took pride in their work. Each worker did a super job on clean up. It was a true team effort. It was heartwarming to see such a friendly and caring crew. They performed as though my yard was the most important job.
