We are absolutely delighted with the team of tree fellers who cut down our very large tree and our hedge. They were professional and friendly. We could not be happier with the results. The tree was on the border line with our neighbors. Even they commented on how professional the team was. Thank you for emailing me. I think Bartlett is an excellent company. I think it would be helpful, if there were a confirming commutation, phone call, text, email as to the exact service to be provided ahead of time. I thought the trees and plants were first being sprayed and then trimmed or visa versa on the same day or within a day or two of each other. None the less, the order in which the work was carried out was fine. The lovely staff who came explained they were there only to trim the Crab Apple trees and not the Buxus. I think there must have been a miss understanding as to the scope of the trimming. Wonderfully, the trees look excellent. We can sort the buxus another time. Later in the morning, Dean called to arrange the spraying for the next morning. All sorted.
I believe all your staff is excellent, well skilled, knowledgeable and hard working. What I really appreciate about Dean was the depth of knowledge and patience he had with me to discuss the issues with the five pleached Crab Apple Trees, disease and bird damage. and topiary Buxus, that has at least 5 types of disease. It is a relief for me to know that Bartlett is innovative and willing to think of how to best solve horticultural problems on a long-term basis. I am confident in Bartlett's approach and hope to work with your team in managing our plants and trees.
I particularly like that Bartlett actually picks up the phone. And, that your staff actually calls people. Calling and speaking with people is much faster than having to sit down and read an email. I look forward to having a plan with Bartlett that sets out and implements regular care and husbandry to these plants and trees to keep them healthy.

Very impressed with all aspects of Bartlett. From friendly and helpful Admin staff, the visit of the rep who was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice on my trees and shrubs to the excellent friendly crew who again did a fantastic job. They took great care not to damage any garden statuary. When they left, apart from the trees looking so much better, you would not know they had been as every piece of debris had been removed. In conclusion I will always use Bartlett and would highly recommend them. Well done to you all.
