Joe Drzewiecki, was our Bartlett Arborist Representative. He provided excellent service. He responded to our inquiry promptly, our consultation was scheduled quickly, and he was on time as scheduled. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and trustworthy, and he answered all our questions. We felt very comfortable in deciding to move forward with his recommendations for our tree. The crew members were dependable, knowledgeable, and they answered all our questions. They arrived as scheduled and the work was completed as outlined in our contract.
Overall, we are very happy with Bartlett Tree Service and would recommend you without reservation. Our tree is already showing signs of new growth. We are hopeful to see a full recovery next year.

I found that your service was above and beyond what I was expecting. I expected the guys would drag the tree stumps across the lawn and thus having to repair the lawn, but not the case. They had ALL the proper tool and expertise to do the job correctly. Even from the start at the initial consultation, the Arborist was so knowledgeable that we felt we were in good hands with the company.
