Bartlett's Central Okanagan Area Tree Service

Over the last couple of weeks, we have had one of your crews at our house to cut down a few trees, Damaged or having the potential to be damaged by a new septic tank field install. The first day I was taken by how safety conscious they were and then the little interaction I had with them I was also impressed with how polite, courteous, and respectful they were. The second visit I was not at the house for but my daughter was and from what I learned from her, safety became a major priority when your crew were put at risk due to absent communication from the septic installers, and park management. This safety issue resulted in revaluation of how the job was to be completed. I can only express my deep regret over the incident that put your people at risk. I commend your crew, and especially the person in charge. Safety of everyone was put above all else, without hesitation. So many companies talk safety, your employees put that into practice at the highest level. That day proved why safety over getting the job done can never be changed. Besides the high standard of safety, clean up was exceptional, with my yard and driveway being cleaner than when they started. Your employees are so polite and courteous. Please keep safety as something that is above everything else especially over money. Please pass on to the crew I am grateful for the amazing job that they did and most importantly I am forever grateful they finished the day safely This is one company I am already actively recommending to anyone that I know.

Oli and Jack came to remove a London Plane and some Maples which were down a steep slope on my property. They were polite, exceptionally hard working, and did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and worked diligently to remove the trees. I highly recommend them.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Honestly nothing, I have no notes. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Everyone I interacted with at Bartlett was great, from the intake stage to service. The administrative staff was friendly and responsive. My arborist was professional, communicative, and appreciative of my schedule. The two employees who performed the service arrived right on schedule, performed great work, and left the yard looking spotless. All around, a great team. I can not say enough about the people that work at Bartlett. They are very informed regarding any species, particularly Thor, the representative. Whenever an issue comes up, they come out in a timely manner, usually the next day. The fellows that come and do the work, whether it be for spraying, fertilizing, or tree removal are always courteous and informed on the task at hand. I always recommend Bartlett whenever I can. We have been very happy with all staff at Bartlett. The pruning crews, Jason, who sprays our trees and your inside staff have all been great.
