What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Stay at our farm full-time to take care of all the trees in perpetuity kidding. The whole experience was wonderful, start to finish. Bart is knowledgeable, answered my questions clearly, gave sound counsel regarding our trees, and took careful notes during and after our appointment. He understood the need for prompt attention to the orchard pruning, and arranged to bring the crew here the next week. The crew arrived right on time and did a stellar job with all the projects. I was beyond pleased with the orchard pruning. The trees were pruned with attention to fruiting and future management. The orchard looks fantastic. Keith was courteous and friendly, answered my questions and communicated with me about a limb which accidentally landed on a juvenile Redbud. He made me aware of it and repaired the damage which I much appreciated. He also let me know when he returned to apply treatment to the Fir trees. All debris was cleared, and mulched limbs. Chips placed exactly where we had requested. I was highly pleased with the work and the whole process. Seeing the orchard, my beloved project, and the pruned trees in other areas, Maple, Cherry and Hackberries makes me happy every day. Bart did an excellent job in explaining, answering questions, and helping me prioritize tree work (there is an abundant here, as well as in communicating our needs with the crew, and making sure that it all happened on time and as discussed. Thank you for such high quality work and prompt, courteous execution. I appreciate how easy it was to work with you all. We will reach out again and recommend you to others.
