The team of tree surgeons were professional, genial, and very hard-working. Safety was paramount, and they took great care not to damage surrounding structures. The work completed exceeded expectations and the attention to detail in shaping a very over-grown tree resulted in a very pleasing aesthetic. The garden was left in a very tidy state which was much appreciated. All in all, it was excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartlett, and will certainly continue to use their services.

I would like to thank you sincerely for reducing the size of two tall trees at my home in East Ewell. I was initially visited by an assessor who quickly analysed the work to be done and offered an approximate price for completion. A suitable date was arranged. Two young men arrived on the arranged date at the allotted time and immediately started working. They completed the task excellently. The trees now look safe. The cut branches were all taken away, and the small twigs raked and disposed. They kindly left me several branches to be reduced in size by myself as firewood. Clearly, your employees have established high personal and professional standards in their work. Their high standards of efficiency in work clearly make them an asset at Bartlett. I would have pleasure in recommending them and the company for any future tree work.

Helpful initial advice and speedy quote on conifer removal and replacement. Ludo and Alex, who carried out the work, were excellent - very efficient, very pleasant and hard-working. Progress was interrupted by an unexpected wasps' nest near the base, but the nest was neutralised that afternoon, the men returned the following morning and completed the stump grinding and planting replacement bushes. Conifer removal was caused by disease; but I felt that at the initial visit and on-site work, Tom and the team listened with care and then met requirements, both in practical terms and with aesthetic considerations at all stages: e.g. this was a large radius from a 60-year conifer bush, but the replanting of 3 small bushes sympathetic to the site and then an inner circle of protective and decorative wood chip turned a raw site to a newly attractive one almost immediately.
