The guys climbing in the trees are amazing. All the wonderful people working at Bartlett are knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to. Explaining what is going on, and what I needed to know. The site was cleaned up, the entire trees vanished into the chipper, boom. Done.

Taylor came out to take a look at our Hazelnut tree. There was nothing to be done to save it, but the fact that he was honest, did not try to sell us on a partial solution that would not really help or other services we do not need was really appreciated. He was also friendly and professional, I could tell it would have been easy to work with him if we had ended up going that route. I am always hesitant to have someone come out to give a quote because of so many experiences with high pressure sales behavior, but no need to worry about that with this company
