Everything was explained to me and all of my questions answered by Dan Clemson when he came to assess what needed to be done. On the morning of the service, the crew members discussed the work with me to ensure everything was done the way I wanted. Everyone on the crew was very pleasant and wanted to answer my questions. They worked efficiently and best of all when the crew left you could not tell that any tree work removal of a big tree and multiple large dead branches had been done.
