What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better? Come to think of the it, the almost five hours the tree Bartlett guys were here, I can not think of anything they did not complete. I enjoyed the personalities of all three Bartlett staff members working on our magnolia, camelia, katsuras, irs , several hedges and hemlock tree. Alec spoke to me most of the time, as the other guys were up in the trees or on a tall ladder pruning trees. Aaron, who came to consult back in late August is always just a nice, professional, knowledgeable guy too. The team in the past and still always clean up so well. They were cautious about not just cutting and throwing small branches anywhere. They could see where care was needed. Alec was the main guy who worked on hedges and at the same time oversaw what was needed to be watched where the other two tree workers were working.

What could Bartlett have done to make the experience better?Nothing comes to mind. The work was completed quickly and the result exceeded our expectations. Clean-up was so thorough it seemed the crew had not even been here. Aaron was extremely helpful and the crew went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work. When I asked them to cut a couple of additional branches, they very readily did so. I would not hesitate to recommend Bartlett to any one needing your services.

Trevor Houchen was fantastic. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and provided excellent consultation and followup.
