I wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the performance and professionalism shown by the crew who removed our Pin Oak tree from our backyard. This ended up being a two-day process. Day one necessitated using a cherry picker and the care that the crew showed our lawn was awesome. Day two they quickly and efficiently removed all the branches from the yard. Every leaf, twig, and piece of other debris was removed from our yard. Then the trunk came down and their clean up removed even sawdust. I could not believe the excellent job the crew did on clean up. You could not even tell that anything was done in the yard. It was the most professional job I have witnessed in a long time. That crew took pride in their work. Each worker did a super job. It was a true team effort. It was heartwarming to see such a friendly and caring crew. They performed as though my yard was that of the most important person ever. We have used Bartlett in the past and will continue to use your services in the future.
