The crew was great. Worked carefully around our landscaping and cleaned up the area completely when done. Between the time we talked to the arborist representative about the work needed and the crew arrived a raccoon family, mom and two kids, moved into a hollow in the tree where limbs needed removing. The crew took the wildlife into consideration when deciding how to cut down the branches and finished the work without disturbing the animals. Very impressed.

I do not think there is anything that could have been done better. Bryan was extremely helpful in our evaluation and super quick to respond to any follow up questions I had. Shane and crew were great day of service and did a fantastic job. Shane made sure I was happy with the tree shape and asked if there were any other branches I wanted to trim when they were done which was really nice. I plan on continuing to use Bartlett in the future for tree maintenance.
