My initial contact with Chase Giebner, was immediately positive. He was personable and knowledgeable as we toured the property and discussed what needed to be done, help for two large Colorado Spruce trees, a dying Crabapple tree that needed to come down, a bagworm problem with our scores of Arborvitae in three locations, and a massive Sycamore with twin trunks that towers over the house. Shortly after our meeting, Chase emailed me with a course of action, and then set up a schedule for everything. The work was done by three of your crew, and they were equally courteous and efficient. Andrew handled the spraying of the Colorado Spruce for needle cast, as well as the bagworm spraying of all those Arborvitae. He also treated the soil around the two spruce trees based on an analysis of a soil sample that Chase collected on his first visit. Jake and Ian took down the Crabapple and left barely a twig. They also installed the recommended cable tying the twin trunks of the Sycamore together for stability.
