Shane Wagoner, the Bartlett Arborist Representative, was extremely helpful and thorough. I have two adjoining properties that needed tree removal and he helped me walk the properties and identify the hazard trees and recommended appropriate action. The crew members had some technically challenging trees to remove that were close to structures and on steep slopes. They too worked with me to double check the trees identified for removal and then they planned the best way for them to properly remove the trees. Most of the lumber was cut into firewood-length pieces, however more than 30 logs of milling size were prepared and stacked for removal to a local milling company. All of the Bartlett crew members were very caring and technically excellent. I thank them very much for their excellent work and recommend them highly for such challenging situations. As a Safety Manager myself, I appreciated their detail to safely managing all of their operations in all aspects of the professional arborist business.

Shane Wagoner was very responsive in preparing the estimate after tree identification and working with me to manage the lumber that was removed. He double checked the work and promptly provided additional site cleanup as requested. The entire team that worked on my property deserves great thanks for a job well done and safely too! Thank you!! It is a joy to work with such a fine organization.
