This was my first experience with Bartlett and I was impressed. I do not have any suggestions for improvement. Kaden was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he gave me options, ncluding do nothing, and explained the pros and cons of each. In the end I think we arrived at the most cost effective option. The crew were quick, efficient, and left me with trimmed trees and no mess.

Nicholas, the arborist, and his crew member Joseph were polite, respectful, and upon arrival we did a walk about and discussed the project. Any concerns that came up were brought to my attention and discussed. The worksite was clean, and in good order at the completion of the project. Overall, I am very impressed with the professionalism and attentiveness to detail in terms of the presentation of the paperwork to include the cost, work to be done and once discussed the prompt response to the changes. Finally, I was happy with the project when it was completed. I also compared the cost of project with other companies.

I do not think they could have done much more. They had the job done in just over an hour and I thought it would have taken a bit longer. I am a homeowner that was subjected to a winter ice storm resulting in fallen tree limbs creating a safety hazard to my family and neighbors. In addition it caused damage to our home. While other tree service companies conveyed they could not accept additional requests to provide service due to an excessive response in the Fraser Valley, or even take our names. Bartlett arranged for a crew already assisting in the area to drop by our home, look at the hazard, and then took steps to clear the hazard immediately. This was greatly appreciated.
