Graham is experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. When he came out to look at the trees, I was so impressed and relieved. Will, I think that is the correct name, was reassuring, courteous, and had common sense. The other two guys were hard workers. We had a thunderstorm about 70% through the work. They took a break only during the lightning, then worked in the rain to finish. I am very happy with the shape of the Magnolia. The Maple stump also looks good. I grew up on a farm, so trees are almost like my family. The trees have really helped me adjust to living in a town, so I am very protective of them. Alex the arborist representative was very informative and courteous and showed up at the scheduled time. Will that came to install rods and cables in tree and trim off the damaged limbs was also timely and courteous. Then Larry let us know when he was on property via text to install fertilizer. Our entire experience with Bartlett has been nothing less than perfect! Graham Becker has been truly amazing to deal with&from his friendly manner to his professionalism to continuing to check in throughout each project and follow up. Having dealt with contractors from all walks of life in the past, this isn't the norm, this is the exception to receive such wonderful customer service. Graham worked closely with us to create three separate projects to complete over about a years time. He understood to work with us so we could complete the projects and within our budget. The crew that was on hand for each project was also spectacular! Each gentlemen was a total professional, personally introduced themselves each time, and friendly. I've never had an experience with an outside company where everyone from the Sales Person to the Project Manager to the actual staff performing the work was courteous, professional, friendly, and extremely competent.
