More About Richard Trippett
After leaving school Richard worked for the family agricultural business whilst studying agriculture and amenity horticulture at Askham Bryam Collage in Yorkshire. Richard expanded the family business to include tree work and completed his Arboricultural Association technician’s certificate in 2000. Having worked as a climber for Bartlett in Manchester for eighteen months Richard moved to work in the metropolitan New York area in the USA where he honed his skills as a climber and PHC technician for several years before becoming a sales arborist and local manager in Hawthorne, NY in 2003. Richard returned to the UK in 2008 and re-joined the Bartlett team in Radlett before moving to manage the Beaconsfield office in 2009. Richard has been a member of the Arboricultural Association since 2000 and is actively involved in engaging national bodies and local groups advising on management of Oak Processionary Moth, a subject he has become very familiar with over the past five years. He has maintained the office’s Arboriculture Association approved contractor status and is working toward ISO accreditation. Whilst in the USA Richard gained his ISA certified Arborist Certification and is aiming to become a board certified Master Arborist by the end of 2013. Richard works with his clients to provide a high level of tree care, offering Bartlett's unique research based approach to tree and shrub care and pest and disease management.
