My first contact with staff was with the telephone receptionist. She was very friendly, polite, and efficient. She made an excellent first impression for the company. She was able to answer all of my questions and to accommodate my preferences for an initial appraisal. She did a great job of explaining how the company's services extended beyond cutting trees, emphasizing the importance of tree and soil health. Matt was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and well spoken. He was prompt on his follow up email which accurately summarized our discussions and estimated costs. Great job. The crew arrived on time, were personable, very efficient, and did an excellent job. They followed through on my suggestions to achieve the look I wanted.

Matt, Cindy, and Tina, are all truly amazing. They are patient, helpful, responsive, and thorough. This is my first season using Bartlett. My hydrangeas would not bloom for the previous four or five seasons. Bartlett fixed the issue and I have hydrangea blooms once again. They got rid of my Aphid issue and my Spireas are on the road to recovery. Thank you, Bartlett.
