All members of the Bartlett staff and particularly Bill Saunders are always responsive to my calls and needs. The work is done well and always with care to protect my other trees and plants. I know that my concerns will always be addressed by Bartlett. Just this past week, we had a tree split at the base during a high wind storm. It was leaning on the branch of another tree and if it fell would have taken down wires and blocked our street. Our representative was here within the hour of my call and a Bartlett team arrived a few hours later to remove the tree and clean the area. I know that I can always count on Bartlett to take care of my property.

Bill Saunders is great to work with. He explains everything to me. The arborist who came and treated my Crimson King Maples is wonderful. She came to the door and explained everything that she was going to do. Bartlett is the only company that treats trees. All others that I called just wanted to cut them down. I have been with Bartlett for years.
