Todd was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I appreciated our frank discussion on the condition of our tree. The team that came to trim the tree in January came on a ridiculously cold day, and worked efficiently and in a friendly manner regardless of the weather. I sent them off with fresh made cookies. While I am not sure the tree is going to make it, even after all we did for it, I feel good that this team did what it could to help me attempt to save it.
