Customer was looking for a single point of contact in their markets to assist in tree care recommendations. They are looking for consistency in their recommendations and a partnership that allows them to provide quick response for their commercial clients. Inconsistent and low quality service was previously an issue as well.

Solution

One arborist is the point of contact for all of the account managers within the branch. Recommendations for each property are consistent with the parameters discussed by the account managers and the arborist so the account managers know what they are getting in a proposal for every property. Quick response time to provide proposals and recommendations. After a period of work quality inspections in the beginning of the process an expectation of service quality and consistency was created between the account managers and arborist.

Results

The consistency of work on the client properties has made it easier for account managers to focus on the other portions of their maintenance contract with their clients. Once Bartlett has been approved to do work on the property they can turn us loose and shift their focus to other maintenance needs. The uniform pricing with us on all of their properties helps with price expectations amongst clients. Their maintenance crew members can focus on work that is more productive and profitable for their contracts.
