Protect Trees and Shrubs During Dry weather
Loss of foliage in deciduous trees and needle browning in evergreens is often the result of lack of soil moisture. In dry weather, it is critical to water your trees and shrubs thoroughly and correctly. Applying a 3-4" layer of mulch, inspecting for pest infestations and scheduling fall fertilization can also help maintain tree health and vigor.
